02 incident log

every outage, on the record.

a live read of the supervisor's own incident ledger — the same record the fleet heals itself from. no cherry-picked uptime percentage, no "99.9%". just what broke, how long it stayed broken, and how it got fixed.

counted from the closed-incident ledger only — an outage that is still open has no duration yet, so it is excluded from every average on this page.

recent incidents

what this is and isn't: this is the fleet's own incident record, read directly and rendered in your browser. It is complete for anything the supervisor observed, but it is not an independent audit — the same system that fixes things is the one writing the record. It also cannot see an outage that began and ended entirely between checks, and it does not cover the third-party services this site depends on (DNS, the hosting provider, the email relay). For that, pair it with an external monitor pointed at dirtysouthalpha.com/health.
