Troubleshooting

Installation Fails on Windows

Make sure you have administrator privileges. Right-click the installer and select "Run as administrator".

Extension Won't Load in Chrome/Edge

Ensure "Developer mode" is enabled in the extensions page. Also verify you extracted the ZIP file completely before loading.

Android VPN Won't Connect

Check your device's VPN settings. StreamShield creates a local VPN - your traffic is NOT routed through external servers. This is normal and expected behavior.
